Mark Phillips is an American citizen born in Nashville, Tennessee May 17, 1943. His highly successful (former) advertising/marketing career spans almost three decades. That career choice was devoted to developing psychological marketing tools and was more or less confined to the fields of medical telemetry/electronics, commercial aviation and national/international tourism.
